摘要
目的探讨口腔医学技能大赛培训方法对提高口腔医学专业学生临床实践能力的效果。方法应用整群随机抽样的方法抽取2013级口腔医学专业3个教学班150名学生作为研究对象,分别采用传统教学法、临床实习指导法和技能大赛培训方法进行临床实践,通过3个月的培训考核,比较3组学生的实践操作和临床医生的定性评价结果。结果 3组学生牙体预备考核结果之间的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中传统教学法和实习指导法之间的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),其余两两之间的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。临床医生对3组实习学生定性评价结果之间的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。临床医生对3组实习学生定性评价结果之间的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中传统教学法和大赛培训方法的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),其余两两之间的差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论技能大赛培训方法对学生专业实践能力和操作技能有明显的促进与提升作用,推动了教学改革,提高了口腔专业实践教学质量,值得进一步探究和推广。
Objective To study the effect of clinical practice effect of match training method in the oral medicine. Methods150 students in 3 teaching classes in the oral medicine major in 2013 were randomly selected as the research objects and respectively adopted the traditional teaching method, clinical practice guidance method and skill match training method for clinical practice, and the qualitative results of practical operation and clinical doctors were compared between the three groups after 3-month training. Results The difference in the tooth preparation examination result between the three groups had statistical significance, P<0.05, the differences in the traditional teaching method and practice guidance method had no statistical significance, P>0.05, and the differences in the qualitative evaluation results of clinical doctors between the three groups had no statistical significance, P >0.05, and the difference between the traditional teaching and match training method had statistical significance, P<0.05, and the differences in others had no statistical significance, P>0.05. Conclusion The skill match training method has an obvious promotion and improvement effect on the professional practice ability and operation skill of students, which promotes the teaching reform and improves the practical teaching quality of oral major,and it is worth further research and promotion.
