摘要
该研究旨在全面探讨分阶段的带教法实际运用于消化内科护生带教过程中的情况。按照护生带教大纲中的规定,考虑消化内科具有的临床特点,对所有护生实施分阶段带教法,即分成4个不同的阶段来完成带教任务,并给出各阶段临床护理的课程安排,护生据此提前进行预习,从而能够深刻的知晓消化科的各类疾病,更好地掌握理论知识,使自身的操作能力得到增强。实践证明,该带教方法能够大大提高护理带教的质量。
The research is to comprehensively study the application condition of staged teaching method in the teaching course of student nurses in the department of gastroenterology, and all students nurses are given the staged teaching according to the requirements in the teaching outline and clinical features in the department of gastroenterology, and the teaching is divided into four stages with clinical nursing courses, and the student nurses should prepare it thus deeply mastering various diseases in the department of gastroenterology, better mastering the theoretical knowledge and enhancing their own operation abilities, and the practice shows that it can greatly improve the quality of nursing teaching.
