摘要
目的为了提高H型高血压患者的健康认知及生活质量,探讨和研究治疗过程中实施延续性护理干预的可行性。方法在2015年5月—2016年5月来该院治疗的H型高血压患者中选取65例作为研究对象并通过随机、原则将其分为对照组32例和试验组33例,入组患者在出院时均接受常规的出院指导,而试验组患者同时给予延续性护理干预,比较不同护理措施对患者健康认知以及生活质量的影响。结果统计数据显示,和对照组相比试验组患者HDS(长谷川痴呆量表)认知功能评分升高更显著,且两组患者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组患者生活质量总评分明显不如试验组,且两组患者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 H型高血压患者在治疗方案中加入延续性护理干预措施,在增加临床治疗效果的同时提高其认知功能和生活质量,效果显著,值得临床推广和应用。
Objective To study and research the feasibility of the implementation of continued nursing intervention in order to improve the health awareness and quality of life of patients with H type hypertension. Methods 65 cases of patients with H type hypertension treated in our hospital from May 2015 to May 2016 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into two groups, both groups received the routine discharge guidance, while the test group were given the continued nursing intervention, and the effect of different nursing measures on the health awareness and quality of life of patients was compared. Results The statistical data showed that the increase of HDS cognitive function score was more obvious in the test group(33 cases) than that in the control group(32 cases), and the difference between the two groups had statistical significance(P<0.05), and the total score of the quality of life in the control group was less than that in the test group, and the difference between the two groups had statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion The introduction of continued nursing intervention in the treatment plan for patients with H type hypertension can increase the clinical treatment effect and improve the cognitive function and quality of life, and the effect is obvious, which is worth clinical promotion and application.
