Tensile Strength of UHPC by Different Testing Methods

摘要 通过16组不同钢纤维掺量超高性能混凝土(UHPC)轴心抗拉强度、抗折强度和劈裂抗拉强度的试验,并结合各单位试验数据的统计分析,开展不同试验方法下UHPC抗拉强度的研究。结果表明,不同UHPC抗拉强度均随钢纤维掺量的增加而提高,但强度提高幅度各不相同,其中劈拉强度增幅较大;相同钢纤维掺量时,UHPC的抗折强度和劈拉强度相近,且远大于轴拉强度。UHPC轴拉强度和抗折强度的比值与钢纤维混凝土和普通混凝土的抗拉强度之间的比值较接近,而劈拉强度相关的其他2个比值则相差较大。建议以抗折强度试验作为工程实践中UHPC抗拉强度的间接测试方法。 Research on UHPC tensile strength by different testing methods was carried out through experiment on 16 groups of ultra high performance concrete (UHPC) specimen with different steel content and statistics analysis on data collected from various researchers. The results show that axial tensile strength, flexural strength and splitting tensile strength were increased by steel fiber content, but the strength enhancement was in different way, tensile strength developed higher strength enhancement than two others. UHPC flexural strength and splitting tensile strength was close and significantly greater than the axial tensile strength when steel fiber was in same content. Con- trasting with steel fiber concrete (SFC) and normal concrete (NC), ratio of axial tensile strength to flexural strength of UHPC was close to that of SFC and NC, but the two other ratios related to splitting tensile strength were greatly different with those of SFC and NC. It is suggested that the flexural strength test can he the method for testing UHPC tensile strength indirectly in engineering practice.
