2A12铝合金基体制备导电铜涂层研究

摘要 随着工业的发展,铝合金高压电气开关应用愈发广泛。为提高接触面导电性,通常采用表面镀铜方法。但铝合金基体与氧有较高的亲和力,制备过程较为复杂。分别采用等离子喷涂、电弧喷涂和冷喷涂方法,在2A12铝合金基体上制备出导电铜涂层,并对涂层的微观组织形貌、相结构和导电性进行了分析。结果发现采用电弧喷涂方法,配合氮气或氩气进行气氛保护,更适合于导电用铜涂层的制备。X射线衍射分析证实涂层中几乎不存在氧化物,具有良好的导电性。 With the development of industry,the high voltage electric switch of aluminum alloy are more and more widely applied.In order to improve the surface conductivity,copper plating technique is normally used.But the aluminum alloy substrate has high affinity with oxygen,the preparation process becomes more complicated.In this work,plasma spraying,arc spraying and cold spraying method were all used to prepare conductive copper coating on2A12 aluminum alloy substrate.The microstructure,phase structure and conductivity of the coating were analyzed.It was found that using the arc spraying method combining with nitrogen or argon protection was more suitable for the preparation of conductive copper coating.X-ray diffraction analysis confirmed that the coating contained very little oxide,which results in good conductivity.
