摘要
基于石膏墙体材料轻质化的目的,采用两种不同的EPS颗粒加入工艺,分别对两种工艺下的耐水石膏材料的表观密度、吸水率、强度、软化系数等性能指标进行对比研究,确定EPS最优的掺入量和加入工艺。研究表明:应优先选择对EPS颗粒进行改性的方式;改性前后的最优掺量均为1.3%,此时改性前后的吸水率分别为33.85%和30.25%;表观密度分别为839.06kg/m3和819.53kg/m3;干抗压强度分别为4.05 MPa和5.22 MPa;干抗折强度分别为2.06 MPa和1.87 MPa;抗压软化系数分别为0.517和0.461;抗折软化系数分别为0.650和0.727。
Based on the purpose of lightweight of gypsum wall materials,EPS particles was added by two processes,apparent density water absorption,strength and softening coefficient and other performance indicators under both processes of water-resistant gypsum material were compared,respectively,to determine the optimal level and process.Studies have shown that:the modified EPS particles should be used by the first;optimal dosage before and after modification both were 1.3%,then the water absorption before and after modification were 33.85% and30.25%;apparent density were 839.06kg/m3 and 819.53kg/m3;dry compressive strength were 4.05 MPa and 5.22MPa;dry flexural strength was 2.06 MPa and1.87 MPa;compressive softening coefficients were 0.517 and 0.461;flexural softening coefficients were 0.650 and 0.727.
