摘要
沿220 kV及以上电压等级线路双耐张绝缘子串进入强电场或在其上更换单片绝缘子作业,讨论了当短接3片绝缘子并除零值绝缘子后的良好绝缘子串,是否还能满足最大过电压要求,以及不能满足时的应对措施。通过用"惯用法"的方法论证沿220 k V线路双耐张绝缘子串进入强电场或在其上作业需要挂保护间隙才能保证作业的安全,而沿330 kV及以上电压等级线路双耐张绝缘子串进入强电场或在其上作业不需要挂保护间隙作业也是安全的,但必须保证是"跨二短三"方式进入或在其上作业才行。
A series of double insulator strings with 220 kV and higher voltage lines are inserted into a strong electric field or replaced with a single insulator on them. It is also discussed whether a good insulator string with three insulators and a zero-value insulator maximum over-voltage requirements, and can not meet the response measures. By using the method of " idiomatic method", it is proved that the double-tension insulator strings along 220 kV lines enter the strong electric field or work on them, so the safety gap is needed to ensure the safety of the work. On the other hand, along the line of 330 kV and above, It is also safe to operate the electric field or to work on it without the need for a protective gap, hut it must be ensured that it enters or is working on it in the manner of " crossing two short to three".
