摘要 简要阐明了顺行指数的概念,顺行指数与高炉关键指标的关系,以及如何应用顺行指数评价高炉运行状态。结合案例分析,重点阐述了马钢2500m^3和4000m^3高炉如何应用顺行指数进行数值分析,实现高炉运行状态的量化管理。实践表明,应用顺行指数可为高炉操作调整提供依据,马钢大型高炉实现了长时间炉况稳定顺行,2500m^3和4000m^3高炉的燃料比分别下降了9 kg/t和26 kg/t。 It is expound briefly the concept of smooth running index, and the relationship between the smooth running index and the key indexes of BF, as well as evaluation of BF status by using smooth running index. The paper also introduces, based on practical case, the numerical analysis of Masteel's 2500m3 and 4000m3 BF by means of the smooth running index for quantitative management of BF running status. The practical operation proves that the smooth running index provides the basis for the operation adjustment of BF, and allows the large sized blast furnace of Masted realizing long time smooth and stable running, accompanied by decreased of fuel rate by 9 kg/t and 26kg/t respectively in 2500rn3 and 4000m3 BF.
