摘要
目的 分析甲状腺结节患者围术期护理心得以及方式。方法 选取我院2014年3月-2015年9月收治的86例甲状腺结节患者,根据其入院先后顺序划分为观察组和对照组,对照组患者在围术期选择常规护理,观察组患者在围术期选择综合护理模式,分析两组患者护理满意度。结果 观察组和对照组患者分别经不同护理模式后,其护理满意度经计算后分别为97.67%和76.74%,两组数据对比,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 甲状腺结节患者在围术期采用综合护理护理模式,效果显著。
Objective To analyze perioperative nursing experience and the way of thyroid nodule patients.Methods86 cases of patients with thyroid nodules from March 2014 to September 2015 were divided into observation group and control group according to their order of admission. The patients in the control group were selected routine nursing, Group of patients in the perioperative selection of comprehensive care model, analysis of two groups of patients with care satisfaction.Results The nursing satisfaction was 97.67% and 76.74% in the observation group and the control group respectively after different nursing patterns, the data were statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Thoracic nodule patients in the perioperative use of integrated nursing care model, which has a signiifcant effect.
