早期胃癌临床病理特征分析 被引量：2

摘要 目的:探讨早期胃癌临床病理特征。方法:2012年1月至2015年3月选择我院收治的早期胃癌患者30例为研究对象,所有患者都进行了免疫组化病理,同时进行临床特征的记录与分析。结果:在30例患者中,Her2阳性表达24例,阳性表达率为80.0%。同时HER2阳性表达与胃癌的病理类型无关,与TNM分期与淋巴结转移有明显相关性(P<0.05)。结论:早期胃癌患者免疫病理组化显示Her2阳性表达比较高,且与TNM分期与淋巴结转移存在相关性,为此需要加强病理特征分析。
