摘要
目的观察显微外科手术不同入路治疗颅脑肿瘤的预后效果并做临床分析。方法选取我院2015年2月~2016年2月接受显微外科手术治疗的66例颅脑肿瘤患者作为研究对象,根据患者病灶情况采取不同的手术入路,对患者手术前后的生活质量评分及临床症状的改善情况进行对比分析。结果患者的临床症状较术前得到显著地改善,术后的生活质量较术前有明显的改变,比较术后3个、6个、12个月的生活质量呈上升趋势（P〈0.05）,差异具有统计学意义。结论对于颅脑肿瘤的患者根据其病灶情况采取不同的显微外科手术入路治疗效果良好,其优点是临床症状改善明显、术后生活质量逐步提升。
Objective To observe the prognosis of craniocerebral tumors treated by microsurgery and analyze the clinical results. Methods 66 patients with craniocerebral tumors underwent microsurgical treatment from February 2015 to February 2016 were selected as the study subjects. According to the patient ＇s foci, different surgical approaches were used to assess the quality of life and clinical symptoms of the improvement of comparative analysis. Results The clinical symptoms of the patients were significantly improved compared with that before the operation. The quality of life of the patients was significantly improved after the operation compared with that of the preoperative period. The quality of life between 3, 6 and 12 months after operation was increased（P〈0.05）, with statistical significance. Conclusion The patients with craniocerebral tumors underwent different microsurgical approaches according to their foci. The advantage of this approach is that the clinical symptoms are improved and the quality of life is improved gradually, which is of great clinical significance.
