摘要
本文旨在通过分析基于《学业标准》的小学低段英语教学改进课例,探索《学业标准》在小学英语教师的教学改进和教师的专业方展发面所起的作用。为此,教研员和一线教师一起进行了为期一年基于《学业标准》的低段英语教学改进的课例研究,发现《学业标准》不仅能够引导教师关注学生认知发展水平,修正教学目标,而且能够引导教师顺应语言学习规律,理顺教学活动,从而最终促进教师的专业成长。
The essay aims to explore what effect The Academic Standards exerts on the teaching improvement and the professional development of elementary school English teachers through case studies on Grades 1—2 English teaching guided by The Academic Standards. The case studies done by the teacher researchers and the teachers for one year have shown that The Academic Standards cannot only draw teachers' attention to students' cognitive developmental levels so as to help refine their teaching objects but also remind teachers to follow the natural law of language learning to make their teaching move logically and smoothly, and thus help to promote teachers' professional development.
