摘要
对选择性非催化还原(SNCR)脱硝工艺的设计流程和设计关键点进行了论述分析。结果表明:SNCR脱硝反应的温度窗口并非一个固定的温度范围,其随还原剂种类、烟气成份、还原剂浓度及雾化特性的不同而改变;喷枪的分区和布置是SNCR系统工艺设计的核心,准确的喷枪分区和布置能够在锅炉不同负荷时自动调节喷枪参数,达到最优脱硝效果;建议设置还原剂高流量循环模块和除盐水箱,以稳定进入计量模块的还原剂流量和稀释水压力。该结论可为SNCR脱硝技术的工程应用提供技术支持。
The design process and key points of selective non-catalytic reduction (SNCR) denitrification technology for coal-fired boilers are discussed. The results indicate that, the "temperature window" of the SNCR denitration reaction is not a fixed temperature range but differs a lot for different kinds of reducing agents,flue gas components, reducing agent concentrations and atomization properties. The division and layout of the spray gun is the core of SNCR system design. Accurate division and layout of the spray gun can realize automatic adjustment of the spray gun's parameters at different unit loads and obtain the opti- mum denitrafication effect. It suggests that the reducing agent high flow cycle module and the desalting wa- ter tank should be equipped,to stabilize the reducing agent flow entering into the metering module and at- tenuate the water pressure. This conclusion can provide technical supports for engineering application of the SNCR denitrification technology.
