摘要
随着真菌感染发生率的逐年上升以及真菌耐药性问题的日益突出,其治疗一直是国内外研究关注的重点。近年来,研究发现多种中药单体具有抗真菌活性且与目前临床应用的抗真菌药物有协同作用。该文对生物碱类、酚类、黄酮类中药单体与抗真菌药物的协同作用及其机制进行综述。
With the increasing of the incidence of fungal infection and increasingly prominent of fungus resistance problem, the treatment of fungal infection has been becoming the focus of research at home and abroad. In recent years, the study found that a variety of traditional Chinese medicine monomers have antifungal activity and synergistic effect with the antifungal drugs currently used clinically. This paper reviewed the synergistic effect and its mechanism of antifungal drugs and traditional Chinese medicine monomers, such as alkaloids, phenols and fl avonoids.
