摘要
文中介绍了国内近海支持(供应)船的海事管理现状及问题,借鉴国外近海支持(供应)船的海事管理经验,提出将近海支持(供应)船作为单独船舶种类的建议,对于统一此类船舶管理,促进近海资源开发都具有重要意义。
The paper introduces the existing conditions and problems with the MSA control over domestic offshore support （supply） vessels. Learning from foreign experience in the maritime control over such vessels, the paper suggests taking the offshore support （supply） vessel as an individual type of vessel, which is of great significance for unifying the control of such ships and promoting ofshore resource exploitation.
