摘要
2016年4月,如东县进行了皓月×菁松全龄人工饲料育养蚕示范,全龄发育经过28d 21h,张种产茧19.25kg,生产1kg鲜茧使用粉体干料3.66kg,蚁蚕结茧率为50.18%,公斤茧粒数654粒,茧层含水率12.24%,良蛹率93.14%,解舒率56.53%,茧丝纤度2.236dtex,鲜毛茧出丝率12.41%。试验表明,全龄人工饲料养蚕技术具备了在一定条件下推广的可行性。
In the spring of 2016, Rudong county conducted a demonstration of artificial rearing the silkworm variety Haoyue×Jingsong at all instars which lasted for 28 d 21 h, producing 19.25 kg cocoons per case. lkg of fresh cocoons consumed powder dry feed 3.66 kg, and the cocoon rate of newly- hatched silkworms was 50.18%, with 654 cocoons per kg, 12.24% water content for cocoon shell, 93.14% fine pupa rate, 56.53% reelability rate and 2. 236 dtex size of cocoon filament, as well as 12. 41% silk rate of fresh cocoon. The experiment reveals that the technology of artificial rearing silkworm at all instars is feasible to be popularized under certain conditions.
