复杂锌多金属矿浮选试验研究 被引量:4

摘要 某锌多金属硫化矿嵌布粒度细,分离难度大。针对矿石性质,采用铜铅锌全浮选—铜铅部分混合浮选—铜铅分离—锌浮选工艺流程,在原矿磨矿细度-74μm 95%,全浮选精矿再磨细度-38μm 95%条件下,闭路试验获得铜品位18.65%、铜回收率71.26%的铜精矿,铅品位51.34%、铅回收率67.50%的铅精矿,以及锌品位49.51%、锌回收率87.24%的锌精矿,研究结果为该矿产资源开发利用提供了工艺依据。 A Cu-Pb-Zn polymetallic sulphide ore has a micro-fine dissemination particle size and thus is difficult to separate. In view and in light of the ore properties,a conventional flotation process consisting of copperlead-zinc bulk flotation—copper-lead collective-selective flotation—separation of copper and lead—zinc flotation was adoped,under the condition of the ore grinding fineness being- 74 μm accounted for 95% and the concentrate of bulk flotation regrinding fineness being- 38 μm accounted for 95%,the closed-circuit tests obtained a copper concentrate with a grade of 18. 65% and recovery of 71. 26%,a lead concentrate with a grade of 51. 34% and recovery of 67. 50%,and a zinc concentrate with a grade of 49. 51% and recovery of 87. 24%. The test results can provide a technical basis for the development and utilization of this deposit.
