摘要
针对煤层气井生产过程中井下设备结垢严重影响正常生产的问题,室内通过挂片法对一系列缓蚀阻垢剂的效果进行评价,并将效果好的缓蚀阻垢剂进行了复配实验研究。研究表明:PESA:乙酸锌:葡萄糖酸钠=6:4:1(80 mg/L)的缓蚀效果最好,缓蚀阻垢率达88.7%。综合环保性、经济性考虑,该缓蚀阻垢剂复配体系都具有较好的应用效果。
Aiming at the production process of coalbed gas well downhole equipment node scaling seriously affect the normal production, indoor evaluation of a series of corrosion inhibitor effect by hanging plate method, and the effect of corrosion inhibitor was studied compound.The results showed that:PESA:zinc acetate:the inhibition effect of sodium citrate =6:4:1(80 mg/L)was the best,and the scale inhibition rate was 88.7 %.Comprehensive environmental protection,economic considerations, the corrosion and scale inhibitor compound system has a good application effect.
