摘要
在我国,需要将叙事医学应用至高等医学教育中,是医学的人文属性的要求,是"以人为中心"的理念的要求,是实现良好医患沟通的需要。叙事医学在高等医学教育中的应用需要贯穿医学生教育的所有阶段,达到培养具有优秀的沟通能力及人文和技术双重决策能力的优秀医师的目标。发挥叙事医学在高等医学教育中的作用,需要更多的实践和探索。
Narrative medicine combines the virtues of medicine and literature, which conveys medical humanities. Using narrative medicine during medical education meets the people-centered philosophy. It helps medical students to get sugicient communication ability. The strategy by using narrative medicine in medical education needs to be carried out throughout each stages of medical education. But the practice pattern needs more exploration.
