摘要
反流性食管炎(RE)是消化科最常见的疾病之一,其发病率日益增高且易复发。中医药治疗RE在临床研究及实验研究等方面均取得了令人瞩目的成果,具有巨大潜力和优势,当然也存在一些不足之处,今后应致力于构建一个比较系统的理论体系,并进一步深入研究中医药治疗本病的作用机理。文章从目前对本病的病因病机、临床研究与实验研究等方面,综述近年来中医药治疗本病的研究进展。
Reflux esophagitis（RE） is one of the most common diseases of gastroenterology, and its incidence is rising and easy re-lapse. Chinese medicine in the treatment of RE in clinical research and experimental research are made remarkable achievement, and have great potential and advantage. Of course, there are some shortcomings, in the future we should focus on building a system of sys-tematic theory, and further study the mechanism of the TCM treatment of this disease. The article reviewed the research progress of TCM treatment of the disease in recent years from the current research on the cause of disease pathogenesis, clinical and experimen-tal research, etc.
