雄黄水飞法生产工艺探讨

摘要 目的优选雄黄粉水飞生产工艺最佳条件。方法以《中国药典》(2010版一部)为标准,参考相关文献,结合生产实际,对雄黄水飞法生产工艺各环节进行优化。结果水飞法制备雄黄粉的最佳生产工艺为打浆加水量为雄黄的8倍,水飞细度为极细粉,板框水洗温度为60-70℃,次数为5次,减压干燥温度为60℃,水分控制在1.0%以下,真空包装。结论通过近几年的实际生产和稳定性考察,此工艺稳定、可靠。 Objective To optimize the water grind processing of Realgar. Methods The processing conditions were optimized on the basis of the Chinese pharmacopoeia(2010 edition), correlative references and the actual production. Results The optimized conditions were 8 times quantity of water, impalpable powder, water washing temperature of 60-70 ℃, 5 times of processing, vaccum dryness temperature of 60℃, moisture control below 1.0% and vaccum package. Coclusion The method is accurate and effective, which is deduced by the actual production and stability test in recent years.
