摘要
目的调查慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者对中医延续护理的满意度情况。方法收集79例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者,实施中医延续护理,中医延续护理后分别在出院后1个月、3个月、6个月、12个月对患者进行满意度调查。结果相比干预前,患者在中医延续护理干预后3、6、12个月满意度评价中的临床症状、工作生活能力、治疗方便、治疗效果、总体疗效均有明显改善(P<0.05)。结论 COPD患者对中医延续护理效果的满意度较高,推荐临床推广运用。
Objective To investigate satisfaction of patient with the chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（COPD） on the extended care effect of traditional Chinese medicine. Methods 79 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in our hospital discharged by extended care effect of traditional Chinese medicine were collected. Patient satisfaction was surveyed after a month, three months, six months and 12 months of extended care. Results Patients＇ clinical symptoms, the ability to work and life, convenient treatment, therapeutic effects, the overall effect after 3, 6 and 12 months in the continuation nursing intervention of traditional Chinese medicine showed significant improvement comparing to the previous intervention（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion The patients with COPD have a high degree of satisfaction for the extended care effect of traditional Chinese medicine, which are recommended to clinical application
