摘要
目的探讨对脑卒中偏瘫患者实施醒脑开窍针刺法联合康复训练的临床治疗效果。方法收集脑卒中偏瘫患者100例。随机分为观察组和对照组,均为50例。观察组患者使用醒脑开窍针刺法联合康复训练方法治疗,对照组患者仅实施康复训练。结果观察组患者的临床治疗效果明显高于对照组,P<0.05。但观察组和对照组的并发症发生率差异不显著,P>0.05。结论醒脑开窍针刺法联合康复训练的方法进行治疗能够明显提升治疗效果。
Objective To explore the clinical therapeutic effect of consciousness-restoring for resuscitation acupuncture therapy com-bined with rehabilitation training in the treatment of cerebral apoplexy. Methods Collecting 100 cases of cerebral apoplexy hemiplegia patients in our hospital, they were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 50 cases in each group. Pa-tients in the control group received rehabilitation training. The observation group received consciousness-restoring for resuscitation acupuncture therapy combined with rehabilitation training. Results The clinical curative effect of the observation group patients was obviously higher than that of the control group P〈0.05. But the incidence of complications of observation group and control group had no significant difference P〉0.05. Conclusion The consciousness-restoring for resuscitation acupuncture therapy combined with rehabilitation training in the treatment of cerebral apoplexy can obviously improve the therapeutic effect.
