摘要
目的观察自拟中药方联合枸地氯雷他定治疗风热型慢性荨麻疹的临床疗效。方法 76例风热型慢性荨麻疹患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各38例。治疗组口服自拟中药方和枸地氯雷他定治疗;对照组口服枸地氯雷他定治疗。2组均治疗10天为1疗程,共治疗3个疗程后观察两组临床疗效及不良反应。结果治疗组、对照组的有效率分别为94.45%和72.97%,两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗期间均无明显不良反应。结论自拟中药方联合枸地氯雷他定治疗风热型慢性荨麻疹疗效明显,无不良反应,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of self-made traditional Chinese medicine lotion combined with desloratadine citrate disodium in treating wind-heat type chronic urticaria. Methods 76 wind-heat type chronic urticaria patients were randomly divided into treatment group（38 patients） and control group（38 patients）. The treatment group was treated with Chinese herbal medicine and desloratadine citrate disodium, and the control group was treated with desloratadine citrate disodium. The two groups were treated for 10 days for 1 course of treatment. After 3 courses of treatment, the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was 94.45 % and 72.97%, respectively, and there was a significant difference between the two groups（ P〈0.05）. There were no significant adverse reactions in the two groups during the treatment period. Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese medicine lotion and desloratadine citrate disodium is a safe and effective way of treating wind-heat type chronic urticaria. It＇s worthy to be popularized.
