摘要
目的探究分析中西医结合治疗更年期功能性子宫出血的效果。方法选取2015年2月—2016年4月收治的更年期功能性子宫出血患者106例,随机分为观察组(53例)与对照组(53例),观察组应用固冲汤+炔诺酮片进行中西医结合治疗,对照组应用炔诺酮片进行西药治疗。观察并比较2组患者的治疗效果、激素水平、血红蛋白以及子宫内膜厚度。结果观察组的治疗总有效率(92.45%)、P(11.00±3.10)nmol/L、E2(174.60±45.10)pmol/L、血红蛋白(101.20±25.20)g/L均高于对照组的治疗总有效率(66.04%)、P(6.10±1.40)nmol/L、E2(125.50±29.00)pmol/L、血红蛋白(96.80±24.70)g/L;观察组的FSH(12.20±3.10)IU/L、LH(10.90±2.90)IU/L、子宫内膜厚度(6.11±1.63)mm均低于对照组的FSH(14.97±4.00)IU/L、LH(14.00±3.90)IU/L、子宫内膜厚度(9.31±2.60)mm,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在更年期功能性子宫出血中,中西医结合治疗的效果更显著,能够有效止血,改善子宫内膜、激素水平等指标,促进正常月经的恢复。
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of therapy of integrated medicine in the treatment of climacteric dysfunctional uterine bleeding. Methods 106 cases of patients with climacteric dysfunctional uterine bleeding from Feburary 2015 to April 2016 in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group（53 cases） and control group（53 cases）. The observation group used Guchong decoction and norethindrone tablets. The control group applied norethindrone Western medicine therapy. The curative effect,hormone levels, hemoglobin and endometrial thickness of the two groups were observed and compared. Results The total effective rate（ 92.45%）, P（ 11.00 ±3.10） nmol/L, E2pmol/L（ 174.60 ±45.10 mm）, hemoglobin（ 101.20 ± 25.20） g/L of the treatment group were higher than（66.04%）, P（6.10±1.40） nmol/L, E2pmol/L（125.50±29.00 mm）, hemoglobin（96.80±24.70 g/L of the control group, respectively. The FSH（12.20 ± 3.10） IU/L, LH IU/L（10.90 ±2.90）,（6.11±1.63） mm thickness of the lining of the observation group were lower than FSH（14.97± 4.00） IU/L, LH IU/L（14.00±3.90）,（9.31±2.60） mm thickness of the lining of the control group, respectively, and there was statistically significant difference（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion The therapy of integrated medicine in the treatment of climacteric dysfunctional uterine bleeding has more significant effect, can effectively stop bleeding, im-prove endometrial, hormone levels and other indicators, and promote the recovery of normal menstruation.
