温胆汤治疗冠状动脉支架术后伴抑郁症临床观察 被引量:12

摘要 目的观察温胆汤合并黛力新治疗冠状动脉支架术后伴抑郁临床疗效。方法对60例确诊为冠状动脉支架术后抑郁的患者按照随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组各30例,两组均给予黛力新治疗;治疗组同时加用温胆汤,两组均连续用药6周后评价疗效。结果两组治疗后的汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分及汉密尔顿减分率显示,在治疗6周后,治疗组总有效率为93.3%,其高于对照组的86.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分中,治疗组明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论温胆汤对改善冠状动脉支架术后患者抑郁有显著的疗效。 Objective To observe the clinical effect of Wendan decoction combined with Deanxit in the treatment of depression after coronary artery stent implantation. Methods 60 cases of coronary artery stent implantation with depression patients were randomly di-vided into treatment group(n=30) and control group(n=30). The control group was given Deanxit for treatment, while the treat-ment group was additionally given Wendan decoction. The curative effects in both groups were evaluated after treatment of 6weeks.Results Hamilton depression rating scale(HAMD-24) and Hamilton reduction rate of the two groups after treatment presented the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.3% after 6 weeks of treatment, which was higher than that of control group( 86.7%), and the difference was statistically significant( P〈0.05). On the Hamilton depression rating scale, the treatment group was superior to the control group( P〈0.05). Conclusion Wendan decoction has a significant effect on the improvement of depres-sion after coronary artery stent implantation.
