快速康复肠道管理措施在肝叶切除术患者中的应用 被引量：10

摘要 目的:探讨快速康复(FTS)肠道管理措施在肝叶切除术患者中的应用方法及效果。方法:将64例肝癌行肝叶切除术患者随机分为对照组30例和FTS组34例,对照组采用常规围术期护理方法,FTS组采用快速康复肠道管理措施,比较两组术后肠道康复情况。结果:FTS组术后下床活动时间、首次进食时间、首次排气时间、住院天数均短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:应用FTS肠道管理措施于肝叶切除术患者中,安全有效,可加快患者术后肠道康复。
