摘要
目的研究藏药色吉美多Herpetospermum caudigerum Wall种子的化学成分。方法通过多种柱层析和重结晶的方法分离纯化色吉美多乙酸乙酯部位,利用理化性质,TLC和核磁共振氢谱等分析测试手段鉴定化合物结构。结果从色吉美多乙酸乙酯部位分离并鉴定了5个化合物,分别为波棱素(I),葫芦素R(II),波棱醛(III),去氢双松伯醇(IV),齐墩果酸(V)。结论化合物II、V为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective To investigate the chemical constituents of the seed of Herpetospermum caudigerum Wall. Methods The chemical constituents were isolated by using a combination of various chromatographic techniques including column chromatography over silica gel, Sephadex LH-20, and recrystallization. Their structures were elucidated by physical and chemical properties, and spectrum analysis (TLC, 1H-NMR and so on). Results Five compounds were identified as Herpetin (I), Cucurbitacin R(II), Herpetal(III), Dehydrodiconiferyl alcohol(IV), and Oleanic acid(V). Conclusion Compounds II and V were obtained from this plant for the first time.
