摘要 本文通过分析传输线脉冲静电敏感度测试标准ANSI/ESD STM5.5.1-2014,并与该标准2008年版本进行比较,对传输线脉冲的测试曲线、波形参数、测试方法等重要技术指标的修订进行解读。 This paper compares the revision of electrostatic sensitivity test standard ANSI/ESD STM5.5.1-2014 with its 2008 version, analyzes the important technical indexes of test curve, transmission line pulse waveform parameters and testing methods, and interprets the new standard of transmission line pulse.
