探讨血清肿瘤抗原125和人附睾蛋白4在不同阶段卵巢癌及术后浓度变化 被引量：4

摘要 卵巢恶性肿瘤是女性生殖器官常见的恶性肿瘤之一,发病率仅次于子宫颈癌和子宫体癌,居第3位。但卵巢上皮癌死亡率却占各类妇科肿瘤的首位,对妇女生命造成严重威胁。大约2/3卵巢癌患者在进行初诊时,已属晚期,且治疗效果差[1-2]。作为目前使用最多的肿瘤标志物-肿瘤抗原125（CA125）,已有许多研究表明其在卵巢癌辅助诊断及治疗后疗效观察方面的价值[3]。
