摘要
林钟香教授辨证论治冠心病慢性心衰合并心律失常认为本病病因病机多为本虚标实,虚实夹杂,即心气不足、心阳虚衰,日久累及肺肝脾肾,使其功能失调,血脉瘀阻,痰浊内生,水饮内停。在治疗上以固本为主,标本兼治,提出益气温阳、活血化瘀利水的治疗原则。
Professor LIN Zhongxiang in differentiating and treating coronary heart disease（ CHD） chronic heart failure（ CHF） combined with arrhythmia,argued that the disease＇s pathogeny and mechanism is deficient root with overdo superficial,adjusting method. That is weak of heart＇s qi and yang,with the passing of time,lead to other viscera＇s dysfunction,so that blood stasis resistance and endogenous phlegm and retention of water-dampness. It should be treated by consolidating body resistance,treating both manifestation and root cause of disease. Tonifying qi and warming yang,and activating the blood and removing stasis and alleviating？ water？ retention.
