摘要
代谢综合征涉及肥胖、糖尿病、高血压、冠心病、高脂血症、高尿酸血症等多种慢性疾病,以胰岛素抵抗为共同病理生理基础。血瘀证是瘀血内停的一种状态,是由瘀血内阻引起。探讨血瘀证的本质,分析代谢综合征的病因病机以及病理过程,瘀血是代谢综合征发病重要的病理因素,与其发展密切相关。代谢综合征的中医治疗中应谨守病机,在整体观及辨证论治理论的指导下遣方用药,根据疾病的不同阶段和不同的临床表现随症治疗。
Metabolic syndrome involving obesity,diabetes,hypertension,coronary heart disease,hyperlipidemia etc. Insulin resistance is important pathophysiological basis of metabolic syndrome. Blood-stasis syndrome is caused by internal static blood obstruction. It is a pathological state of stagnation of blood. To probe into the correlation between blood-stasis syndrome and metabolic syndrome and eventually find out the correct thoughts to cure and prevent metabolic syndrome,pathogen and pathogenesis of metabolic syndrome have been reviewed in this paper. Blood stasis is the important pathological factor of metabolic syndrome. For treatment,on the basic theory of the ＂holistic concept＂and syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine,use correct therapy to remove blood stasis and promote blood circulation. According to the different stages and clinical manifestation,treatment and prescription would be changed.
