摘要
目的:综合分析他汀类药物不良反应的类型、概率、临床表现、影响因素及相关机制,为其临床合理应用提供依据。方法:以"他汀"、"不良反应"、"影响因素"、"机制"等为关键词,检索Pubmed、知网、万方2010-2015年6年间相关文献,进行综述性总结。结果:他汀类药物整体耐受性和安全性良好,其不良反应发生率仍有进一步控制的余地。结论:除了根据患者体质状态、基础性疾病和常用药物,合理调整用药种类和剂量之外,以基因为导向的个体化用药方案有望为减少其不良反应提供有力条件。
OBJECTIVE To analyze type, chance, clinical manifestations, influencing factors and mechanism of drug adverse reactions of statins comprehensively, provide a reference for its clinical reasonable application. METHODS Literatures and doc- uments were searched from databases including Pubmed, hownet and Wanfang from 2010 to 2015 with ＂statin＂, ＂adverse reac- tions＂, ＂influencing factor＂ and ＂mechanism＂ as keywords. Adverse drug reactions of statins were summarized and analyzed. RESULTS Statins had good overall safety and tolerability, but promotion room still existed for further control of its adverse reaction incidence. CONCLUSION Drug kinds and dosage can he reasonably adjusted according to patients＂ physical state, basic disease and commonly used drugs, and personalized medicine schedule guided by gene regimen is expected to provide strong conditions to reduce adverse reactions of statins.
