摘要
将旅游因素的变动作为池州市经济系统脆弱性的主要扰动因素，从敏感性和应对能力两方面构建了评价指标，选取池州市2004～2013年作为评价时间段，通过集对分析得出了结论：①池州市经济系统脆弱性受敏感性影响更强，从敏感性和应对能力的整体变化来看，敏感性数值的变化幅度要大于应对能力；②池州市经济系统应对能力的障碍度大小排序为：产业结构多样化指数、人均生产总值、城镇居民可支配收入、地方财政自给率、教育经费支出占地方财政支出比重、实际利用外资占该市GDP的比重、总游客量增长率、旅游总收入增长率、旅游业增长弹性系数。
Regardingchanges in the factors of tourism as the main disturbance factor of economic system vulnerabilityinChizhou, we built the evaluation index from two aspects, sensitivity and response capacity, selected the period from 2004 to 2013 as evaluation periodinChizhou, andthrough the set pair analysis weachieved the following conclusions： Firstly, the economic system vulnerability of Chizhou was affected more by sensitivity. From the aspect of overall change of sensitivity and response capacity, the value of sensitivity was larger than the value of response capacity.Secondly, the following was the obstacledegreeorder of the Chizhou economic system＇s ability.the diversity index of industrial structure, per capita GDP and disposable income of urban residents, local financial self--sufficiency, local fiscal expenditure proportion of expenditure of education funds, the actual use of foreign capital accounts for the proportion of the city＇s GDP, growth rate o{ total visitors, tourism revenue growth, and tourism growth elasticity coef- ficient.
