摘要 将产生高压水的发生装置及水刀安装在可动机架上即可实现便携式要求。为了满足矿井下水切割机的安全操作,要求整机使用时不产生电火花,将高压水发生装置中的换向阀采用液动力控制。由液控换向阀、顶杆柱塞阀及减压回路等构成的液动控制系统控制双作用增压缸往复运动从而产生连续稳定的高压水,避免了电控系统中产生电火花的可能性。 It may be portable that installing the generating device of high pressure water and water jet nozzle on the movable frame. In order to meet the safety operation of the water cutting machine in mine, it was required the machine was used without electric spark, the reversing valve in the high pressure water generating device was controlled by liquid power. Hydraulic control system which was composed of liquid controlled reversing valve, pole plunger valve and decompress circuit controlled the double acting pressurized cylinder reciprocating motion, so the continuous and stable high pressure water was produced, and the possibility of generating electric spark in electric control system was avoided.
