摘要
针对机械装配、板料成型、机床加工等行业中的大质量工件的搬运、装配工具进行分析,通过比较几种平衡吊的优缺点,设计了一种新型智能气动平衡吊系统。完成了智能气动平衡吊的机械结构及气动系统设计,给出了控制系统的硬件和软件详细设计过程。样机运行表明:新型智能气动平衡吊系统结构简单,运输、安装方便,性价比高,能有效提高相关行业的劳动生产率。
Focusing on analyzing of the large quality workpieee handling and assembly tools used in machinery assembly, sheet metal forming, machining and other industries, by comparing the advantages and disadvantages of several kinds of balance crane, a new intelligent pneumatic balance crane system was selected .and redesigned. Mechanical structure and pneumatic system of the intelli- gent pneumatic balance crane were completed. And also, the design processes of the hardware and software of the control system were described in detail. It is proved by the prototype usage that the new intelligent pneumatic balance crane has advantages of convenient transportation, alignment cost-effective and easy to operation, and can effectively improve labor productivity in related industries.
