摘要
为改进我国食品中铝污染管理,提升治理能力,促进科学防控,对我国食品中铝污染管理的历史沿革与现实问题做了论述。基于食源性铝的来源分析,分别从污染物管理和含铝食品添加剂管理两个视角回顾和梳理了我国食品中铝污染管理的历史沿革,剖析了我国食品中铝污染管理理论和实践中以食品添加剂使用标准代替限量标准而造成的测定结果判定不当和处罚失范的现实问题,提出了制定食品中铝污染限量标准、限制含铝食品添加剂、防控食品中铝污染的解决措施和建议。
A thorough study about history and current situation of aluminum contamination management in China are summarized to promote food aluminum contamination management, prevent and control the food aluminum contamination. Based on the analysis of the sources in food-borne aluminum, the evolution of the food aluminum contaminants management in China has been reviewed from the perspective on both aluminum contaminants management and aluminum-containing food additives control. The current problems of food aluminum contamination management in China have been analyzed including the improper judgment and punishment in theory and practice. Some recommendations such as the maximum allowable amounts of aluminum contaminant in certain foods, limiting aluminum-containing food additives usages, preventing and controlling of food aluminum contamination are provided.
