摘要
针对过渡车钩体的结构特点,采用可旋转的机械测量结构,对零件内圆弧面的半径尺寸进行测量,将校准件与检具本体设计成一体化,简化了检具结构及其操作过程。实践证明,此检具不仅能能满足内圆弧半径尺寸准确测量,而且提高了检测效率。同时对结构相似的零件测量具有较大的研究参考价值。
According to the structural features of the transition coupler body,we adopt a rotatable mechanical measuring structure, measuring the radius of the part's inter-Arc surface, eonbining the calibration items and the noumenon of measuring tool. So we can simplify the structure of measuring tool and the operation process. Practice has proved that the device can not only satisfy the accurate measurement of the size of arc radius, but also improved the detection efficiency. At the same time ,it also has important reference value for the measurement of different parts with similar structure.
