摘要
目的探究系统性红斑狼疮患者血清25-羟维生素D3和抗双链DNA抗体水平与疾病活动度之间的关系。方法选取诊断为系统性红斑狼疮者103例,按临床疾病活动度评分表评分分组,分为无活动组29例,轻度活动组31例,中度活动组18例、重度活动组25例;采用电化学发光免疫法比较各组受试者25-羟维生素D_3水平;放射免疫法检测血清中的抗双链DNA抗体。结果无活动组25-羟维生素D_3水平为(21.79±8.09)ng/mL,高于其他各组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);25-羟维生素D_3与疾病的活动度呈负相关(r=-0.436,P<0.05)。无活动组抗双链DNA抗体水平为(10.44±11.07)IU/mL,低于其他各组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);抗双链DNA抗体与疾病的活动度呈正相关(r=0.238,P<0.05)。而血清25-羟维生素D_3与抗双链DNA抗体水平无相关性。结论血清25-羟维生素D_3与系统性红斑狼疮的活动度呈负相关,监测25-羟维生素D_3可为临床诊治提供帮助。
Objective To explore the relationship between 25-hydroxyl-vitamin D3,anti-double-stranded-DNA antibody level and the disease activity of systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE).Methods A total of 103 patients with SLE were selected.According to SLE disease activity index(SLEDAI)score,they were divided into four groups:passive activity group(score lower than 4)with 29 cases,mild activity group(score 5 to 8)with 31 cases,moderate activity group(score 9 to 13)with 18 cases,severe activity group(score higher than 15)with 25 cases.The level of serum 25-hydroxyl-vitamin D3 was detected by the electrochemouminescence immunoassay method,and anti-double-stranded DNA antibody level in the serum was detected by radioimmunoassay.Results In passive activity group,the level of 25-hydroxyl-vitamin D3 was(21.79±8.09)ng/mL,which was significantly higher than that of the other groups(P〈0.05).The level of 25-hydroxyl-vitamin D3 was negatively correlated with disease activity(r=-0.436,P〈0.05).The level of anti-ds-DNA antibody was(10.44±11.07)IU/mL in passive activity group,which was significantly lower than that of the other groups(P〈0.05).In addition,the level of anti-ds-DNA antibody was positively correlated with disease activity(r=0.238,P〈0.05).The level of serum 25-hydroxyl-vitamin D3 and anti-ds-DNA antibody level had no relationship.ConclusionThe level of 25-hydroxyl-vitamin D3 is negatively correlated with the activity of SLE,and it could be used in the diagnosis of SLE.
