摘要
运用生活史访谈法,具体考察女性领导职业发展的微观发生情境和作用机制,可以发现领导者职业发展包括内外两个层面,职务调整和职位提升是外在,综合素质能力提升是内在。女性领导职业发展受制于个人、组织以及时代等三方面因素的综合影响和复杂作用。领导者发展的最初推动和持续动力不是由外部强加的,不是由别人赋予的,更多的是在自塑、自律中成就的。
An interview about women leaders' life history helps to find out the micro-social context and mechanism of women leaders' career development. There are both internal and external factors affecting leaders' career development, including the change of position, promotion (external factors) and improvement in one's comprehensive qualities (internal). Women leaders' career development has been under combined effect of one's personality, social group and the time. Leaders' initial and continuous impetus to career development has been rooted in their serf-cultivation and seE-control rather than the force of external conditions and others' stimulation.
