摘要
[目的]观察清肺消炎丸对肺心病患者(痰热壅肺证)急性感染后免疫功能的影响。[方法]将120例满足纳入标准的肺心病患者,随机分为两组,对照组采用常规内科治疗,试验组在常规治疗基础上加用清肺消炎丸,14 d后分别检测两组患者的免疫功能。[结果]两组患者治疗前免疫球蛋白定量、补体含量、T淋巴细胞亚群比较均无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后试验组较对照组免疫球蛋白定量及补体含量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),CD_4^+细胞比值、CD_4^+/CD8+比值、总T细胞百分比均明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]清肺消炎丸能提高肺心病患者急性感染后CD_4^+、CD_4^+/CD_8^+比值,具有一定免疫调节作用。
[Objective] To analysis the influence of Qingfei Xiaoyan Wan on immune function patients with pulmonary heart disease after acute infection. [Methods] The 120 patients with pulmonary heart disease were randomly divided into two groups. One group accepted standard medical therapy, the other group accepted standard treatment with Qingfei Xiaoyan Wan. Immune function was detected after 14 days separately. [Results] There was no statistical difference in the serum immunoglobulin, complement content, T-lymphocyte subsets between two groups before treatment （P〉0.05）. There was no statistical difference in serum immunoglobulin and complement content between standard medical therapy group and Qingfei Xiaoyan wan therapy group after treatment （P〉0.05）, while CD4＋ cell ratio, CD4＋/CD8＋ ratio and percentage of total T cells were significantly increased in Qingfei Xiaoyan Wan therapy group（P〈0.05）. [Conclusion] Qingfei Xiaoyan Wan can improve CD4＋, CD4＋/CD8＋ ratio. It is inferred that Qingfei Xiaoyan Wan has some immunomodulatory effect in patients with pulmonary heart disease after acute infection.
