摘要
介绍了小型控制系统R10 0及其在某卷烟厂计算机改造项目中的应用 ,通过该系统的灵活方便的组态功能 ,实现了锅炉给水三冲量、燃烧系统采用串级及前馈控制 ,有效地克服了蒸汽波动大 ,燃烧不充分的弊端 。
Compact control system R100 and its application to boilers in Cigarette Factory have been introduced.By flexible configuration the three parameters of the boiler,cascade of the burring system and feedforward can be realized; steam fluctuation and inadequate burning can be overcome so to realize automatic control.
