PEDOT作为阳极的柔性有机电致发光器件 被引量:11

摘要 将PEDOT/PSS(poly-3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene/polystyrenesulfone acid)导电基片用于制备柔性有机小分子电致发光器件,研究了清洗工艺、器件结构对器件性能的影响,分析了导电膜表面形貌与器件性能的关系,在优化后的条件下,最大亮度为2760cd/m2,外量子效率最大值为1.4%,已接近ITO作为阳极的器件的性能。
