摘要
本文着重研究了热塑性氯化聚乙烯弹性体对热固性酚醛树脂的增韧改性。通过测定复合材料的物理一力学性能,考察了 PF/CPE 共混体的组成对性能的影响。利用红外光谱图对共混体系进行了定性分析,采用扫描电镜观察了氯化聚乙烯弹性体在 PF 树脂中的分散性和界面粘合性。结果表明:在 PF/CPE 共混过程中有接枝共聚物产生。它在共混体中起着增混剂的作用,使复合材料的物理力学性能显著提高。
In this paper,enhancement of.the toughness of thermosetting PF resinwith thermoplastic CPE elastomer have been emphatically studied.The influe-nce of the composition of the PF/CPE system on properties have been studi-ed.The qualitative analysis of the blend system have been studied by infra-red spectroscope.The formation of dispersion and interracial adhesion of CPEin PF were observed with scanning electron microscope.The results indicated thatgraft copolymer was formed in the process of blending under controlled condi-tions,and it played a role of compatibilizer,and made the physical and me-chanical properties of the composite a marked enhancement.
