摘要
以工科的经验指导金融教学,这是高职教改中常见的思维定势。对此,从人才培养的角度,在问题导向下金融教学应重点侧重岗位分层、校本领域、能力拓展、跨界需求等三个方面,而实践路径则要从差别化的专业教改、分层教学调研工作、统计分析近年就业去向、搭建学生自主学习系统、帮助学生挖掘职业潜质等五个方面来构建。
Using engineering experience to guide financial teaching,it is a common thinking pattern of higher vocational education reform.From the perspective of talent training,financial teaching should focus on post stratification,school based area,ability developroent,cross-border demand.And its practice path should be built from such five aspects as professional teaching reform,stratified teaching research,statistical analysis of the employment,building student autonomous learning system and helping students to dig career potential.
