摘要
以海泡石为主要成分制备新型印花糊料用于纯棉单面割绒沙滩巾活性染料直接印花,从试验室小样、企业中试及试生产3个不同研究层次测试新型糊料的基本性能及印花效果。结果表明,泡海石糊料制糊便捷、性能稳定、安全环保;海泡石糊料原糊的最优处方为海泡石8.0%,航空煤油8.0%,小苏打4.0%,防染盐S 2.0%,水78.0%;此时将其用于纯棉单面割绒沙滩巾活性染料的直接印花,印花效果完全可以达到甚至超过海藻酸钠型糊料印制产品,并且海泡石型糊料在成本上具有明显优势。
The new printing thickener was prepared by sepiolite as main component,and used for direct print-ing by reactive dyes on cotton beach towel with single cut pile.The basic performance and effect of the new print-ing thickener was tested from three different scale levels,including the lab test,pilot test and trial production.The results show that the sepiolite type paste can be prepared conveniently with stable performance,safety and environ-mental protection.The optimal recipe of stock paste is that the dosage of sepiolite is 8.0%,the dosage of kerosene is 8.0%,the dosage of thickener bicarbonate is 4.0%,the dosage of resistant S is 2.0%,and the dosage of water is 78.0%.In this way,the printing effect is completely achieved and even more than sodium alginate thickener,further more with obvious advantage in cost when it's used for direct printing by reactive dyes on cotton beach towel.
