摘要
建立了超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法检测水果蔬菜中甲磺草胺的方法。样品采用乙腈提取,C18固相萃取柱净化,以Thermo Hypersil GOLD a Q色谱柱进行分离,通过正离子扫描模式进行定性和定量检测。结果表明,分别对苹果、橙子、提子、白菜、豇豆、胡萝卜、黄瓜等7种空白基质添加0.01~0.10 mg/kg农药的样品进行回收率实验,平均回收率均在109.8%~73.9%之间,相对标准偏差均小于9.1%。方法为检测水果蔬菜中甲磺草胺农药残留提供了有效的检测方法。
An ultra-performance developed for the determination liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC-MS/MS) method was of sulfentrazone in fruit and vegetable samples. Samples were extracted by acetonitrile and purified by C18 solid phase extraction. Under the optimal conditions, the analyte was separated by a ThermoHypersil GOLD aQ column. Mass spectrometry analysis was carried out in selected reaction monitoring (SRM) mode via positive electrospray ionization (ESI + ). The results showed that the average recovery was in the range of 73.9% - 109.8% at three spiked levels ( in range of 0.01 - 0. 10 mg/kg) in apple, orange, grape, cabbage, cowpea, carrot and cucumber samples, and the relative standard deviation (RSD) was below 9.1%. The results indicate that the developed method is simple, efficient and precise, and can be a reliable technique for the determination of the sulfentrazone in fruit and vegetable samples.
