摘要
平行作业和机轨合一的运输系统是提高岩巷单进的关键因素之一。在多年的岩巷施工管理中,出矸和运输问题往往是制约单进的主要因素,那么施工过程中合理布置机械化作业线就尤为重要。永兴公司在孟津煤矿-347 m水平排水系统改造工程水仓施工中,面临巷道变向多,坡度调整频繁,出矸、进料困难,巷道掘进速度过慢,工人劳动强度大等问题,严重制约了矿井正常生产。为提高劳动效率和巷道单进水平,采用合理选择布置刮板输送机、胶带机等新装备,并采用"三掘三喷"的新技术、新工艺,优化了施工工序,缩短施工时间,实现了出矸、进料平行作业,更体现了机轨合一的合理机械化布置,实现了大断面机械化平行正规循环作业。该一系列措施得到了成功应用,巷道单进由原来的月进度60 m增加到101 m。
The transportation system of parallel operation and comprehensive transportation tunnel is one of the key factors to improve the single entry of the rock roadway. In the years of rock roadway construction management,waste and transport problems are often the main factors which constrains the construction process, so it is particularly important to layout the mechanized operation line reasonably in the construction process. In the water storage project construction of - 347 m drainage system renovation in Mengjin Coal Mine of Yongxing Corporation,there exist many problems, such as the variable directions of roadway, the frequent adjustment of the slope, gangue transport and materials feeding difficulties, slow tunnelling speed, high labor intensity, and so on, which seriously restrict the pro- duction. To improve the labor efficiency and the single driving speed, the scraper conveyor, belt machines and other new equipment were selected and fixed up reasonably, new technology of "three driving and three spray" and new technology were also applied, the construc- tion process was optimized,the construction time was shorten, and parallel operations of gangue transport and materials feeding were also realized, the reasonable layout of mechanical arrangement for comprehensive transportation tunnel was also obtained, and normal circula- tion operation of mechanical parallel work on working face with large section has been realized. The series of measures have been suc- cessfully applied,and the single entry speed of roadway is improved from the original 60 m per month to 101 m.
