摘要
目的探讨应招飞行学员群体共同性斜视检出特点及与远视力的相关性。方法回顾分析某部2013—2015年应招飞行学员共同性斜视检出资料,并与其远视力进行相关性分析。结果应招飞行学员共同性斜视检出率为2.30%;远视力不足者显性斜视检出率略高于远视力正常者,但差异无统计学意义(x^2=0.1662,P=0.6836);斜视类型全部为共同性外斜视,其中间歇性外斜视占97.60%,恒定性外斜视占2.40%;斜视<10,的占94.71%,≥10°的占5.29%。结论应招飞行学员共同性斜视以间歇性外斜视为主,远视力不足者显性斜视检出率高于远视力正常者,间歇性外斜视斜视角变异较大,是影响眼位检查准确率的重要因素。
Objective To study the characteristics of concomitant strabismus detection and the correlation between concomitant strabismus and distant visual acuity in medical selection of flight cadets. Methods The data on concomitant strabismus in the final stage of selection of flight cadets from 2013 to 2015 were reviewed, and the correlation with distant visual acuity was analyzed. Results The detection rate of concomitant strabismus in the flight cadets was 2.30%. The detection rate in those with distant vision below 1.0 was a bit higher than among those over 1.0, but the difference was of no statistical significance (χ2=0.1662, P=0.6836). All the cases of concomitant strabismus detected were concomitant exotropia, 97.60% of them were intermittent exotropia, and 2.40% were constant exotropia. 94.71% had their deviation beyond 10 degrees, and 5.29% below 10 degrees. Conclusion During pilot selections, concomitant strabismus was dominated by intermittent exotropia. The detection rate of concomitant strabismus among those with insufficient distant vision was higher than among those with normal vision. Intermittent exotropia with a large-degree deviation can lead to missed diagnosis of concomitant strabismus.
