摘要
动物性别决定机制的研究在遗传育种领域具有重要意义。根据实际生产需要,定向调控鸡的性别能为我国家禽养殖产业带来极大的经济效益,在新品种培育和疾病防控方面也可发挥重要作用。文章主要从鸡的性别决定假说及性别决定基因两个方面概括了近年来在鸡性别决定机制方面的研究进展,同时简述了鸡性别调控技术。
Study of animal sex determination mechanism is important in the field of genetic breeding. To meet the demand of production, targeted regulation of chicken gender can make great economic benefits to poultry industry in China and it also plays an important role in the breeding of new varieties and disease prevention and control. This article summarized the research progress in chicken sex determination mechanism in recent years based on two aspects that the chicken sex determination hypothesis and sex-determining gene,and also briefly descripted of chicken gender control technology.
